All Part of It
Good evening hot flashes and good morning chin hairs. Hey, it’s all part of it and I am grateful to be here in this stage of life instead of the alternative. Aging parents and children stepping into their careers and lives on their own-or sort of on their own, I find myself continuing to check my mindset. It is everything. I am able to feel and almost watch from outside myself as my “WTH” meter rises and I get it back in check. Check yourself Debbie. Turns out an out of whack thyroid is not a great addition to the party, but it is treatable. I have dealt with it for years and sometimes it needs a little maintenance, just like everything else.
I do like to share things that work for me- I take two magnesium glycinate every evening at bedtime and it definitely helps me relax. Additionally, magnesium glycinate doesn’t build up in your system as other magnesiums do, so you take it and it flushes out. Almost half of people in the US don’t get enough of it in their diet. It not only helps relax and help get better sleep but it also can support bowel regularity. There are many great benefits of using magnesium and I have been using it for several years.
