Say Whaaaa? Mushroom Coffee?

My morning mushroom coffee-


I adore my morning coffee ritual, though lately, I've been exploring a super healthy alternative. I've been sipping on mushroom coffee. It's touted to have undergone years of research, showing potential to improve brain function, bolster immunity, and provide sustained energy for peak performance throughout the day. With only half the caffeine content of regular coffee, I've found it helps me maintain better focus. I've delved into the ingredients and found them to be quite beneficial. However, it's essential to include the "Debbie Disclaimer": always consult your physician to ensure the ingredients won't interact with any medications you may be taking.

I will add, this doesn’t taste like your typical cup of joe. I have read reviews where people dislike the flavor. I actually enjoy it, but I do add a dash of organic cinnamon and sometimes a little non-dairy creamer.

I still have regular coffee from time to time and I thoroughly enjoy it. However, health is important and as my mama always has said, “If you have your health, you have it all!” I don’t believe coffee is “bad” for us, but if I can get a power pack of nutrients in a coffee substitute each morning I will do that.
