What’s In My Coffee?
What’s in my coffee today? I like to add healthy stuff to my coffee each morning. It has varied over the years but a staple of my morning coffee is always a dash of organic, ground cinnamon and a dab of cold-pressed unrefined coconut oil. The cinnamon by itself with NO sugar helps regulate blood sugar and adds a nice aroma and flavor. Coconut oil provides some good fats while also providing many other health benefits. I also use coconut oil on my skin and it is a fantastic moisturizer.
